Saturday July 24, 2010 at 2200 hours, Chief 6C (Morris), Squad 6 (Lt Buckler), Engine 62 (Miller), Ambulance 68 (Martin) and Ambulance 69 (Lt Jordan) were alerted for the deck collapse at 211 Sheckells Road. Units arrived on location with a partial deck collapse with one person under the debris of the deck. The crews quickly removed the patient away from the collapse and began providing EMS care. Due to the injuries sustained, the patient was transported by ground to PG Shock Trauma. The building inspector was also requested to the scene. Units operated until 2307 hours.
