| On Sunday, April 10, 2005, Huntingtown Volunteer Fire Dept. continued to raffle tickets for the 2005 "Classic Corvette Contest" at the local car show in Charles County, Maryland. This large event was host to a wide variety of classic cars, street rods, vendors and anything and everything domestic. The "Classic Corvette Contest" for this year, features a 1965 Silver Pearl Corvette StingRay. Tickets sales at this show were taken care of by Chief 6 (Osbourn), F/F Hengstenberg, F/F Hildwine, and F/F EMT Dunn. While selling tickets at the car show the station responded to two motor vehicle accidents. If you wish to purchase tickets you may obtain and order form from our website (www.hvfd6.org) or you may call (410)414-3427.
Also-do not forget the monthly Texas Hold'em Tournament is this Saturday April 23rd.
Thanks to Dunn for the story and pics... |
