Wednesday September 24, 2008 at 1102 hours, Chief 6B (Montgomery), Engine 62 (Nasti), and Tanker 6 (Capt Collins) were alerted for the reported house fire at 3929 Shamrock Lane. Units from the Prince Frederick VFD and St Leonard VFD arrived initially with nothing evident. Upon forcing entry, the kitchen was found to be well-involved. Due to quick work, the fire was quickly brought under control. Engine 62 assisted with salvage, overhaul, and checking for extension. Chief 6B handled Command. Units from Huntingtown VFD cleared at 1143 hours.
