Friday May 30, 2008 around 1200 hours, the Local Alarm was sounded on Kent Road for the Recreational Vehicle (RV) fire bringing Captain 6 (McKenny), Engine 62 (Nasti), and Tanker 6 (Sgt Morris). Units arrived to find the same, fully involved. Apparently, citizens were in the process of destroying the RV when the gasoline tank was struck engulfing the entire vehicle within seconds. Engine 62's crew quickly stretched a pre-connect line knocking down all fire. Units cleared shortly before 1300 hours.
