This year marked the 115th Annual Maryland State Firemen's Association Convention. Several dozen members traveled to Ocean City, Md as we have in year's past. The Huntingtown Volunteers were recognized for (2) awards at the annual ceremony Monday morning. Sunday evening, a total of *** 72 Huntingtown Volunteers *** packed Hooper's Crab House for the annual dinner while several dozen other members remained back home and enjoyed their own catered dinner by Adam's Ribs.
Many thanks to everybody for attending the convention and extra special thanks to the members that stayed home, took off work, and rearranged their work and family schedules to ensure we were staffed 24/7.
