Once again, the Volunteers of Huntingtown are being recognized for their actions and duties, and have received the top EMS award given through the state. 5 of our members: Lt Brian Thrasher, Sgt Mike Nasti, John Dorsey, Don Inscoe, and Lisa Renee Charyn Dickerson have been notified that next Wednesday May 23rd, they will receive the EMS Star of Life Award at the State Capitol in Annapolis. In addition, 2 members of the Calvert Advanced Life Support Medic Office (Company 10) will also be receiving the award. This is due to the actions of those 7 volunteers on Halloween night, 2006. Many thanks to Chief 10, Sharon Eskins for her huge part in making this possible. Once again, congratulations to those members!!
