The morning of Tuesday January 7, 2014, the local alarm was dispatched for the brush fire at 7155 Dorothy Drive, alerting units from the Huntingtown VFD. Engine 61 (Bevard), Tanker 6 (Lt Ward) & Brush 6 (Morgal, JT) responded on the run and found a dilapidated RV fully-involved with fire. Engine 61's front bumper line and Brush 6's small line were both deployed making quick work of the fire. Units from the Huntingtown VFD returned to service an hour later.
