Monday November 21, 2011 at approximately 1830 hours, Chief 6A (Montgomery), Chief 6B (Morris), Squad 6 (Ward) and Ambulance 68 (Stewart, L) were alerted for the auto accident with people trapped at Route 4 and Chaneyville Road. First arriving units from the Dunkirk VFD arrived on location and found a single-vehicle accident with the driver trapped. Crews from Squad 5, Squad 6 and Engine 52 went to work utilizing several tools to extricate the driver. The Huntingtown VFD operated on the scene for 40 minutes.
