| Saturday July 23, around 0630 hours, Brush 6 (Montgomery, Matt) traveled to the Rod and Reel Marina to salute wounded veterans of the ongoing War in the Middle East. In addition, over 70 Volunteers from neighboring Calvert County departments stood-by for this annual event that began last year. Our thoughts and prayers continue to go out to all the men and women fighting overseas.
While Brush 6 stood-by at this event, Engine 62, Utility 6 and Command 6 (11 volunteers) traveled to the Cove Point LNG Plant in Lusby, MD for a tour of the plant (0800-1300 hours).
