| Friday June 5, 2009 at approximately 0630 hours, Chief 6A (Montgomery), Chief 6B (Thrasher), Chief 6C (Morris), Squad 6 (Lt Grierson), and Ambulance 69 (Fitzgerald) were alerted for the overturned vehicle with an unconscious person at Route 4 and Chaneyville Road (501 box). Units arrived to find a single-vehicle on its side with the driver trapped. Squad 5 went to work stabilizing the vehicle with the Para-tec Struts. Squad 6 arrived and utilized the "O" Cutters and Maverick Combi-tool to flap the roof and gain access to the patient. The priority one patient was airlifted to a local trauma center.
