| Today at 1100 hours, Company 6 (Huntingtown), Company 2 (Prince Frederick), Company 5 (Dunkirk), and Tanker 7 (St Leonard) were alerted to Carson Drive for the chimney fire. Chief 6 (Osbourn), Engine 61 (Chief 6A, Riffe), Squad 6 (Captain Mckenny), Tanker 6 (F/F Farrell, K), and Ambulance 68 (EMT Mclelland) arrived to find a single-story ramber with a working chimney fire. Chief 6 established command while Engine 61 checked the attic and walls both proving negative. Next, Engine 61 proceeded to the roof while Squad 6 and Engine 21 began to dismantle the wood stove.
