| Friday April 10, 2009 at 0635 hours, Chief 6A (Montgomery), Chief 6C (Morris), Engine 62 (Farrell), and Tanker 6 (Wallace) were alerted for the reported house fire at 4108 River View Court. Units arrived to find a fully-involved boat house, pier, and woods on fire. Due to the fire burning on a steep cliff, Benedict Boat 83 was requested to the scene. Engine 62's crew assisted Dunkirk VFD with extinguishing the fire. Tanker 6 supplied one load of water. Units from the Huntingtown VFD returned to service at 0736 hours.
