Small Fire in the Auto

Sunday March 22, 2009, shortly after 0830 hours, Engine 62 (Capt Collins) was alerted for the vehicle fire at the Sunderland 7-11 store. Engine 62 found a small fire in the rear seat of the auto due to an improperly discarded cigarette. Quick work was made of the fire and Engine 62 returned to service at 0900 hours.
