| Saturday September 20, several members of the Huntingtown VFD participated in a training evolution at an acquired structure on Ponds Wood Road. A multitude of evolutions were conducted with hose evolutions, rural water supply, fire attack and behavior. A total of 13 burns were conducted on the 1st floor before finally completely burning the entire house and nearby shed.
In addition to the members of the Huntingtown VFD staffing Engine 62, Squad 6, Tanker 6, Ambulance 68, Brush 6, Jeep 6, Command 6, and Utility 6, our fellow brothers from neighboring stations assisted with bringing St Leonard Engine 71, Solomons Engine 34, and Hughesville Tanker 81. We appreciate your help.
