| As Huntingtown units were returning from the Welchpoole Ct basement fire, Communications advised several units to standby. At 1950 hours, Box 105 was alerted for the house fire bringing Chief 6 (Riffe), Chief 6B (Montgomery), Chief 6C (Hayes), Engine 61 (Lt Thrasher) and Squad 6 (S/O Bowen). Company 1 units arrived to find smoke showing from a two-story house. Engine 62 arrived, laid out from the hydrant and the crew made their way inside to assist Company 1 units already at work. Upon entry, a room and contents were found to be on fire and was quickly extinguished. The crew from Engine 62 assisted with opening up and checking for extension in the walls and attic. At 2019 hours, Huntingtown units returned to service.
