On Thursday December 2, 2004 at 1600 hours, a male walked into the station advising that one of his co-workers had just accidentally severely lacerated his arm by a chainsaw. The workers were employed by a local tree cutting business and had been trimming trees on one of our local roads when the chainsaw slipped out of his hands. Because of the severity, the patient was air transported to PG Shock Trauma by Trooper 7. Engine 62 handled the Landing Zone. MSP was also requested due to this being an Industrial Accident.
