4/6/07---Two minutes later, another 1st due fire

Just two minutes after the auto accident was dispatched, Communications advised all units to hold their radio traffic. With 11 Huntingtown Volunteers already responding to the accident, Box 606 was alerted to 155 Walnut Creek Road at 1634 hours for the shed and rear porch on fire. 13 Huntingtown volunteers quickly manned Engine 61 (Rountree), Tanker 6 (Farrell) and Brush 6 (D' Amico) for this box. Chief 6 (Riffe) arrived to find smoke showing from the rear of residence. Command was established as the Engine crew quickly deployed their attack line. In the rear of the residence, a shed was found to be on fire along with the woods surrounding it. In addition, flames were burning up the side of a 2nd shed and over-sized garage. Due to quick work, the fire was quickly brought under control. Chief 6 held the assignment to Company 6, Tower 2, and Engine 51. The fire originated from an unattended burning that quickly spread. Command was terminated at 1722 hours.

**Many thanks to the Huntingtown Volunteers. We were able to fully staff both Engines, the Squad, Tanker, Ambulance, and Brush truck at the same time for two seperate incidents.
