Another Grant for the Huntingtown Volunteers

Less than an hour after returning from the first due inferno, two members from Huntingtown met the employees of Wal-Mart for our annual grant that we receive. In addition, a week prior, we requested a donation of smoke detectors for the citizens of Huntingtown that needed them. The manager graciously handed over a stockpile of smoke detectors as we were leaving. Many thanks to our friends at the Prince Frederick Walmart.

On a side-note, as we were receiving the grant, an additional crew (Tanker 6, R. Grierson) was operating on a working shed fire in Company 7's first due. Just upon backing into quarters, the Huntingtown Volunteers were once again alerted first-due for the residential gas leak along with neigboring departments.
