As Engine 61 and Squad 6 had just entered the county from returning from the Baltimore City funeral, Box 106 was alerted at 1551 hours for the auto accident at Route 260 and Harrison Blvd bringing Company 1 (North Beach), Engine 151 (Navy Base), and Ambulance 5 (Dunkirk). Squad 6 (Chief 6A, Riffe) requested to respond on the incident and arrived first on the scene finding a two-vehicle "T-Bone collision." Chief 6A established command while crews went to work. Upon further evaluation, four patients were found with severe intrusion into one of the vehicles passenger compartment. One additional ambulance (Huntingtown 69, Hayward) was also requested. A rear seat passenger was also disoriented and going in and out of consciousness. Because of this and MOI, two patients were flown to PG Shock Trauma via Trooper 7. Two additional patients were ground transported to Calvert Memorial Hospital. Command was terminated at 1636 hours.

On-scene: Squad 6, Engine 151 (Capt D'Intino), Ambulance 19, Ambulance 59, Ambulance 69, Medic 103, Trooper 7
