| October 8-14 marks the annual Fire Prevention week held across the United States.The NFPA has requested that all fire departments spread the word that more fires start in the kitchen than in any other part of the home--and teaching families and kids how to keep cooking fires from starting in the first place. October 10 is "Fire Safety for People with Disabilities Day." Any daycare, nursing home, or school that is interested in our department instructing in fire prevention, pls contact the station at 410-535-3331. Hurry though, we have already began attending schools due to so many requests.
