Fully Involved Auto

On Thursday September 7, 2006 at 0133 hours, the Huntingtown Volunteers were alerted for the undetermined fire on Sunderland Drive. Chief 6 (Osbourn), Chief 6A (Riffe), and Engine 61 (Rountree, RJ) arrived minutes later and found a fully-involved auto in the cul-de-sac. Residents advised that the vehicle had just been dumped there and the tag reported it stolen. The crew from E-61 advanced the front bumper line and quickly extinguished the fire. Units returned to service at 0200 hours.
