| Early Thursday morning, the south side of Anne Arundel was depleted due to firefighters battling a house fire in the 9-2 box. As a result, at 0745 hours, Company 6 (Huntingtown) was alerted to transfer to Anne Arundel County Station 1 (Galesville). While Engine 62 (Sgt Nasti) was on the transfer they were dispatched to Deale Road in Company 42's area (Deale) for the vehicle into the building. Engine 62 arrived to find a single-vehicle that had run into a building. The crew from Engine 62 stretched the front bumper line to provide protection while the crew from Paramedic 1 packaged and loaded the patient for transport. Upon clearing this call, the crew from Engine 62 was re-routed and transferred to Company 42 where they remained until 1008 hours. |
