| During the late night hours, minutes before midnight struck, Engine 62 (F/F M. Nasti) was alerted for the Engine Transfer to Company 42 (Deale) due to a 2nd alarm fire in Annapolis. While in route to the transfer at 0009 hours on October 5th, Engine 62 was requested to respond to 743 Parkers Creek Road for the medical assist. After assisting Paramedic 9 (Lothian), they continued to the transfer. After sitting at 42's station for a couple of hours, they were alerted to transfer to Station 35 (Annapolis City) due to another 2nd alarm fire. After sitting at 35's station for just a couple of minutes, they were alerted to respond to the 2nd alarm fire at Youngstown Road. After staging for three hours, they were advised to transfer back to Company 42 where they remained until 0536 hours. After six hours in Anne Arundel County, Engine 62 finally returned home. |
