Thanksgiving in Huntingtown |

| On Sunday November 20, 2005, the members of Huntingtown VFD, along with their families gathered in the new building for a traditional Thanksgiving dinner. It has been past practice in the department to regularly hold an event for the members. It keeps morale up, keeps members around, and gives thanks for all the hard work and goals that have been accomplished to the dedicated members. That is why we are where we are. The dinner planners expected approximately 50 people to show up for the dinner. With 40 pounds of turkey, 10 pounds of ham, and probably 30 side dishes, it quickly disappeared when over 100 members and their families walked through the door. The dinner went perfect as planned. Many thanks to all of the members that showed up and brought their family to the event. Don't forget that Friday December 2nd is the annual Christmas Party!! Thanks to Ms. Travis for the pictures |
