On Monday November 7, 2005, at 0647 hours, Company 6 (Huntingtown) and Ambulance 48 (Prince Frederick RS) were alerted to Route 4 and Cox Road for the auto accident. While en route, Communications received additional supplements that one of the vehicles was on fire; which alerted Engine 151 to the call. Squad 6 (Chief 6A; Riffe) and Ambulance 69 (Grierson, M) arrived to find three-vehicles involved with two patients, and the fire already extinguished by the Maryland State Police. Both patients were quickly packaged and transported by both BLS units. Chief 6A terminated command at 0730 hours.

Less than one hour later, Engine 62 (Lt Montgomery) and Tanker 6 (Willis) were alerted to 150 Ball Road for the church fire. Engine 62 (4th due engine) arrived 2nd due and established the Water Supply to Engine 21. Tanker 6 (3rd due) arrived 1st due just behind Engine 62. Chief 2A (Ficke) and Engine 21 found smoke showing from Side "A" and a fire in the elevator shaft. Engine 21 quickly extinguished the fire and were assisted by the crew from Engine 62. Command held units from Company 2 and Engine 62 for smoke removal. Units returned to service 40 minutes later.
