| In the early morning hours of Tuesday October 28, 2014, at 0217 hours, units from the Huntingtown VFD were alerted for Auto Accident at Bowie Shop Road & Bowie Lane. The Fire Chief (Spriggs), Rescue Squad (Sgt. Miller), Engine 61 (Gaylor) & Ambulance 68 (Rogers) responded on the call. The Huntingtown Volunteers arrived on location and found a single-vehicle in the front yard of a residence that had rolled several times. Ambulance 68 provided care to the patient before being flown to a local trauma center. The crew from the Rescue Squad secured the vehicle & assisted Ambulance 68. Engine 61 handled the Landing Zone. The Huntingtown Volunteers operated on the scene until 0334 hours. |
