| It is with great regret to inform you of the death of North Beach VFD member, John Kneessi. John was a Past President of their department and will be missed. He joined the North Beach VFD on October 6, 1976, and was a Life Member of the department. He had been a member of their department for 37 years, of which 30 were served in an Active capacity. Among many offices he has served over the past years, John's last position with their department was that of President, which he held for the year 2010. John died suddenly on May 27, 2013. A memorial service will be held in his honor at the North Beach VFD on Sunday June 30th at 1:00 pm. Any department that wishes to bring apparatus, should contact North Beach VFD President Bobby Allen. |
