Bernie spent more than 50 years as a firefighter, instructor, and leader. He leaves behind a legacy of excellence in the fire service and in those whom he taught. His skill and knowledge is surpassed only by his smile and his endearing love for his family, friends and colleagues. Rest In Peace my good friend.
